The system works through a simple three-step process: a CSP generates vouchers, distributes them to dealers, and customers purchase and redeem these vouchers to recharge their accounts.

Customers can recharge through whichever channel they prefer—SMS, USSD, IVR, retail stores, or banking outlets.

PPVS handles the complete voucher lifecycle, starting with creation and provisioning, continuing with customer redemption and account top-ups, and concluding with voucher expiry and archiving. PPVS integrates seamlessly with your Online Charging System (OCS), ensuring that customers’ top-ups are processed in real time with immediate balance updates.

The system includes built-in fraud prevention by blacklisting vouchers after repeated failed redemptions, enforcing multi-party inputs during voucher creation, and requiring dealer-side decryption to activate voucher batches.
