Training & Support

Pharos provides training to clients on three specific levels, System Orientation, Technical Support and Platform Development. There is mandatory certification through formal examination with a stringent pass threshold of 60%.

Support is also provided on three levels, Remote Support, On-site Support and Complete Outsourced Support. 2nd line support is factored into initial pricing while any further support which cannot be handled by clients’ own trained staff will be charged according to type of support required.
